+офф спавн для квеста 503

*фикс самонов, теперь продолжают атаковать цель, после использования скила(оффлайк)

+реализована войс команда .premium выводит инфу о ПА, если чар в пати то выводит инфу всего пати

*исправлен витаминный итем 13021 (не передавался через менеджера)

+добавлено сообщение витамин менеджеру, если нету на акаунте 2 чара то сообщает это.
